Account, data, and product help

Contact Fanstrand

Email hello@fanstrand.com. Include the page address and a short description of what happened. For a data issue, include the league, team, player, or matchup so it can be traced to the correct feed.

Account access

Fanstrand uses Google sign-in or a one-time email code through Clerk. Fanstrand does not receive or store your Google or email password. If a code does not arrive, confirm the address, check spam or filtered folders, and request a new code before contacting support.

Incorrect or delayed sports data

Scores and statistics can arrive late or be corrected by the source. Check the visible update status first; Fanstrand automatically retries a delayed feed. If the value remains incorrect after the official source has updated, send the matchup or profile URL to the support address.

Privacy or account deletion

Use the account controls to sign out or update your Fanstrand profile. For a privacy question or deletion request that cannot be completed in the interface, email the support address from the account’s email address.

Compete questions

For StrandStack or StrandLine, include the invitation or competition name, league, and the action that did not behave as expected. Never email a password, one-time sign-in code, or other authentication secret.
