Using Fanstrand
By accessing Fanstrand, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other fans, the service, its data providers, or its infrastructure. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Informational sports content
Schedules, scores, forecasts, analytics, Fan Stakes, Fanstrand Index values, and postseason projections are provided for general sports information and entertainment. They may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or corrected. Fan Stakes measures game significance; it is not betting advice, betting odds, a guarantee of outcome, or a recommendation to place a wager.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to abuse invitations or competition results, or attempt to bypass access controls. Fanstrand may restrict or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or service integrity.
Compete features
StrandStack and StrandLine are entertainment games. Rules, scoring, eligible teams, and timing appear within each format and may be adjusted before a new competition begins. Unless Fanstrand expressly states otherwise, these formats do not involve entry fees, cash prizes, or wagering.
Third-party data and services
Fanstrand relies on third-party authentication, hosting, weather, and public sports-data services. Those providers can change, delay, correct, suspend, or discontinue information. Fanstrand is independent and is not sponsored, approved, or endorsed by the leagues, teams, networks, or data services identified on the site. Team and league names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the service at a volume that harms availability, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected systems, misuse another person’s data, or republish Fanstrand’s original design and model explanations as your own. Reasonable personal sharing of public Fanstrand pages is welcome.
Service availability and liability
Fanstrand is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every feed, calculation, feature, or competition will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fanstrand is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on delayed or inaccurate sports information, forecasts, projections, or third-party services.
